  • What's up with this store?

    Prints you find here will be of characters Sapphire has voiced in anime and video games, or of album art from her song covers and originals.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We do not accept orders placed outside of the U.S. at this time.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Shipments go out on the second and last week of each month. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  • What is your Return/Exchange policy?

    All purchases are final.

    However, we will do our best to make sure your prints and merch are packaged safely for the travel. If it gets lost in transit or damaged, please reach out to us with your tracking number. We will try to replace your item, one-time, free of charge.

    All prints will be secured in acid-free clear sleeves, and gently rolled up in sturdy mailers or mailing tubes (for large prints).

  • Can I request a custom message?

    Yes! Just provide more info in the notes/customer message box at checkout (nothing explicit or weird, please)!
